This policy explains how Bernabeu handles order cancellations, replacements, issue claims, and refund-related requests for purchases made through our website. Customers are advised to review this policy carefully before placing an order.
Replacement Eligibility
- Bernabeu provides replacement assistance only for products that are received damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the ordered item.
- Replacement requests must be raised within 1 business day from the time of delivery.
- Items submitted for replacement must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags, labels, and packaging.
- Replacement requests may be declined if products show signs of customer misuse, wear, washing, alteration, or external damage after delivery.
Mandatory Unboxing Proof
Customers are strongly advised to record a clear continuous unboxing video from the beginning of opening the package. This video serves as the primary proof for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item claims.
To request a replacement, customers must use the return option available on the relevant order page and send the required unboxing video, issue photographs if applicable, and complete order details to bernabeuclothing60@gmail.com within the eligible claim period.
Claims raised without sufficient visual proof or incomplete order information may require additional verification and may be declined where product condition cannot be reasonably established.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been packed, processed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Since all Bernabeu orders are confirmed only after successful prepaid payment processing and inventory allocation, cancellation of an order does not automatically entitle the customer to a monetary refund.
Refund Policy
Bernabeu follows a replacement-oriented resolution model and does not ordinarily provide monetary refunds for confirmed prepaid orders.
Approved customer concerns that qualify under this policy are generally resolved through product replacement, exchange support, or other service assistance deemed appropriate by Bernabeu after verification.
Replacement Processing
- Eligible claims are reviewed only after receiving required proof, customer issue description, and order verification details through the official claim process.
- Where return pickup is necessary, replacement processing may begin only after the original item passes inspection.
- Approved replacements are shipped subject to stock availability and operational timelines.
- Bernabeu reserves the right to reject unsupported, fraudulent, abusive, or policy-violating claims.
